JAMES NICHOLS

Jim is a former client of MMG and now a certified trainer with significant experience in delivering both “Fundamentals of Employee Relations” and the “Labor Awareness Seminar.” Prior to joining MMG, Jim was a Human Resources executive with extensive experience in aligning HR priorities for strategic business growth.

He has extensive experience in designing and building human resource organizations in domestic, international and joint venture operations. Additionally, Jim has extensive cross-industry experience in EEO compliance, employee relations, organization design, domestic and international labor relations and mentoring.
