RANDLE P. HAGA

Randy has over 28 years of experience in operations, software and payments consulting in the financial services industry. Most recently, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Global Payments Consulting business line for Fiserv, a Fortune 500 company. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President & Managing Director and a member of the Corporate Operating Committee of Carreker Corporation, a Dallas-based consulting and software company. He has extensive experience in P&L management of large, diverse businesses, sales and relationship management, financial controls, budgeting, contract negotiations and acquisition due diligence.
